Please join us on May 1st for the groundbreaking ceremony of the much-anticipated NP Avenue project! The project includes the new home of FMCT, Avery apartments and The City of Fargo's new parking garage. What to expect:
The program will kick off at 4pm with a performance by the Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre, followed by messages from community members:

We are excited to have an original Avery tractor on site to help us break ground! Directly after the event will be a community celebration at the Old Broadway.
We’ll gather in the soon-to-be transformed parking lot. Limited spots available in the lot, on-street parking, and nearby parking garages available.
