- This ticket reserves your on-site injection appointment. Choose from Tox, NAD+, and B12. Mix and match your choice of injectables during your appointment. Get them all or just one, it's up to you!

*$50 non-refundable deposit goes directly toward your injection total. If you are late for your chosen time slot, we cannot guarantee you will be able to be injected during the event; however, your deposit can be applied to a future visit at Revive Med Spa in Walnut Creek, and we will honor the preferential event pricing.
