About this Event
Sign up for The Beasting and get hours of sweaty, muddy fun and fitness!
Your Beasting will start with a gentle warm up to get you in the mood for some serious hard work, followed by an intensive circuit training session using our outdoor equipment. This will include weighted stretcher carries, atlas stones, battle ropes, wall balls and our infamous log press!
Once everyone has completed the circuit you will move on to a team game, this could be our tyre run or may a car pull? Getting everyone working together as a team and burning some serious calories.
Once the really hard work is over you get to have some fun on our 350m outdoor obstacle course, with 90 minutes to complete as many laps of our challenging 2km course as possible. Taking on the rope swings, mega ramps, cargo nets, lake swim and not forgetting our incredible outdoor waterslide to top off your day!
All equipment is provided for you and all our instructors are fully trained fitness professionals.
Prices will rise at regular intervals in the run up to this event.
