How we show up in a session shapes the entire experience — our presence, awareness, and way of relating are just as essential as any technique.
This workshop is for teachers, therapists, facilitators, bodyworkers, and anyone interested in genuine connection.
You’ll explore practical tools to:
• Refine facilitation and communication skills
• Build somatic awareness to connect with others more clearly
• Guide sessions with confidence, clarity, and sensitivity
Through body-based practice, partner work, and attentive listening, we’ll explore how attunement emerges naturally — not from doing more, but from being fully present.
This workshop is part of an ongoing series exploring attuned facilitation. Each session stands alone and also builds toward future offerings, where we’ll continue to deepen into different aspects of holding space and serving as a facilitator.

Session 3 — Discernment in Action
Perception, Projection & Choice
A practical exploration of how perception and projection shape facilitation. We’ll work with recognizing choice points, clarifying what belongs to you and what belongs to the other, and responding with precision, timing, and care.
