Learn more about the little known connections between Attleboro and the war by long-time newsman and historian Richard Foster.Discover the stories of local residents who served or contributed to the war effort, shedding light on their experiences in battles and during reconstruction.
Richard, who reported for a number of news outlets including The Woonsocket Call, Taunton Daily Gazette and The Sun Chronicle, has long nurtured an interest in local history inspired by his high school history teacher. He has also been a musician in a number of jazz and dance bands.
