About this Event
CLASS BY ASSOCIATION offers cocktail enthusiasts an opportunity to delve deeper and refine their knowledge of cocktails. Classes explore bar basics, tools and techniques as well as individual spirits, their history and use in classic and contemporary cocktails.
The Association hosts the one-hour class every Friday & Saturday from 8pm - 9pm.
All classes are $40 per person ($45 starting March 3) and include:
• 1-hour PRIVATE cocktail class
• Tasting of 3-4 craft cocktails
• Social Hours 9-10:30pm with special cocktail pricing
For optimized enjoyment, we limit classes to 25 seats.
Registration is required for participation. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for different dates.

FEBRUARY
FRIDAY 2/3 -- FIRE Our most popular class, here we will show you the secrets of our famous old fashioned on fire, as well as other techniques to impress all your friends at your next party. We’ll bring the fire extinguishers.
SATURDAY 2/4 -- COCKTAILS ACROSS AMERICA This class will take us from New Orleans, to New York to California and everywhere in between. Come taste the history of the US's expansive cocktail culture.
FRIDAY 2/10 -- TIKI The origins of these “Island” style cocktails may surprise you. Come for the fresh flavors, stay for the rum… lots and lots of rum.
SATURDAY 2/11 -- VALENTINE'S COCKTAILS Enjoy the beautiful aesthetic and flavors of the most beautiful, romantic and aphrodisiac cocktail recipes. These cocktails will have you swooned.
FRIDAY 2/17 -- CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS Have you been binging on Emily in Paris? If so you heard all about the Kir Royale! We'll be showing the world of sparkling / champagne cocktails.. because there's definitely a lot more than mimosas.
SATURDAY 2/18 -- GIN is one of the most versatile spirits for cocktails. Here we will showcase the different types and flavor profiles and how to use them to your advantage.
FRIDAY 2/24 -- COFFEE COCKTAILS - Espresso martinis are all the rage nowadays... learn about this and other delicious coffee inspired cocktails you'll love.
SATURDAY 2/25-- TEQUILA You've been drinking the wrong tequila, let us show you the way. Here we discuss the different aging processes and flavor profiles that makes this spirit one of the most popular in the world… and for good reason.

SATURDAY 3/18 -- NEW ORLEANS (New) Mardi Gras kicks off this Tuesday 3/21! This city's history is rich, and so are its famous cocktails such as the Sazerac and Hurricane. Experience some of the most iconic New Orleans cocktails from yesterday and today.
FRIDAY 3/24 -- SPRING COCKTAILS ? Spring is here... let's celebrate with floral & fruit-forward cocktails inspirited by the season of growth!
SATURDAY 3/25 -- BOURBON COCKTAILS We will explore the extensive world of bourbon cocktails -- indisputably our favorite spirit at The Association.. and you'll find out why during this class!
