About this Event
CLASS BY ASSOCIATION offers cocktail enthusiasts an opportunity to delve deeper and refine their knowledge of cocktails. Classes explore bar basics, tools and techniques as well as individual spirits, their history and use in classic and contemporary cocktails.
The Association hosts the one-hour class every Friday & Saturday from 8pm - 9pm.
All classes are $40 per person and include:
• 1-hour PRIVATE cocktail class
• Tasting of 3-4 craft cocktails
• Social Hours 9-10:30pm with special cocktail pricing
For optimized enjoyment, we limit classes to 22 seats.
Registration is required for participation. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for different dates.

MAY 2022
FRIDAY 5/6-- FIRE Our most popular class, here we will show you the secrets of our famous old fashioned on fire, as well as other techniques to impress all your friends at your next party. We’ll bring the fire extinguishers.
SATURDAY 5/7 -- MEZCAL A look at our neighbor to the south and their amazing, artisanal, magical spirit of Mezcal (the origins of tequila), and all it's different varietals.
FRIDAY 5/13 -- TIKI The origins of these “Island” style cocktails may surprise you. Come for the fresh flavors, stay for the rum… lots and lots of rum.
SATURDAY 5/14 -- CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS Who doesn't love a good mimosa? But, there's a lot more to champagne cocktails, and you're going to thank us later. Brunch game= elevated.
FRIDAY 5/20 -- COCKTAILS OVER 100 YEARS OLD These cocktails have stood the test of time and have influenced nearly every single cocktail since. Come taste the juggernauts that built the world.
SATURDAY 5/21 -- TEQUILA You've been drinking the wrong tequila, let us show you the way. Here we discuss the different aging processes and flavor profiles that makes this spirit one of the most popular in the world… and for good reason.
FRIDAY 5/27 -- COCKTAILS ACROSS AMERICA - This class will take us from New Orleans, to New York to California and everywhere in between. Come taste the history of the US's expansive cocktail culture.
SATURDAY 5/28 -- COCKTAILS AROUND THE WORLD - Think of it like a really cool foreign exchange program. Here we explore some of the national cocktails and local libations from countries around the world.

SATURDAY 6/18 -- RUM - Arguably the most diverse spirit in the world, here we will explore all the different types of rum around the world, and their use in the vastly different cocktails that benefit and bloom from their every spice and nuance.
FRIDAY 6/24 -- SUMMER COCKTAILS - Summers are for indulgence, long days in the sun and warm nights. Explore ous summer classics!
SATURDAY 6/25 -- BOURBON COCKTAILS We will explore the extensive world of bourbon cocktails -- indisputably our favorite spirit at The Association.. and you'll find out why during this class!
