WHO ARE WE?

Rebecca Wray Coaching Consultancy are a Warrington firm, est. in 2011. We have been working across the UK facilitating learning in an active, engaging way that makes a difference. Having worked with several Professional Services businesses (global law and accountancy firms and local firms more recently) over the years, we wanted to bring our expertise to Warrington to upskill our leaders. We know that attracting talent, retaining talent and upskilling talent is important in Professional Services. We know that there is little quality leadership development on offer for our local leaders. Our team of experienced trainers, facilitators and coaches are here to solve those problems. Our clients tell us our solutions are well designed to meet the needs of our clients, we deliver learning in a memorable, impactful way that leaves participants with a desire to put their learning into action.

WHAT IS THE LEVEL UP SERIES?

The Level Up Leadership Series is a collection of programmes for North West Professional Services colleagues. Our first Programme is the Aspire Programme designed to equip leaders with essential skills to lead themselves and others.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

Participants will gain confidence in their interpersonal skills through increased self awareness - clarity in strengths and areas for growth. They will learn models and strategies to identify and build strong working relationships with stakeholders, to communicate effectively and understand the role they play in a team. Participants will explore techniques for managing conflict professionally and to understand how to present oneself in the best way internally and externally. This programme will provide participants with an excellent launch pad to achieving more in their career.

WHAT DO I GET and HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

This programme consists of 6 half day sessions 9am-12.30 with refreshments provided for £980 + VAT.

Registration includes a Clarity 4D personality psychometric and profile report. Half day module topics consist of:

Car: parking is available outside venue (pay at metre)

Train: Warrington central station is less than 5 minutes walk

Bus: Warrington bus station is 5 minutes walk away

This is an example 'conscious-self' graph that shows a participants personality profile. Each partipant recieves a personalised report that details how they see themselves, their strengths and how they behave in a team. It also provides strategies to communicate in a team.
