Dinner will include an entree of your choice from the menu below.
- Boeuf Bourguinon (gluten free): A traditional French preparation, braised beef in a red wine sauce with carrots, mushrooms, and pearl onions, served on roasted Yukon Gold potatoes.
- Butternut Marsala Pasta (vegetarian): White wheat pasta with butternut squash and mushrooms, in sage Marsala cream sauce.
- Vegetable Platter (vegan and gluten free): Sauteed market vegetables, wild rice, balsamic reduction.
All meals come with a Pink Lady, a vegan handcrafted fountain drink, made with pomegranate phosphate, and fresh-squeezed lemon.
