Join us for a 10 week support circle beginning Thursday, September 26th at ARC Programs - Family Connection Centre. Running weekly from 6-8PM, this in-person workshop will guide you through creative exercises, mindfulness practices, and parenting tips to help you and your child reconnect with your inner artists.
