In this foundation course, students will explore their artistic voice through hands-on work in sculpture, painting, printmaking, drawing, and mixed media. Each class includes guided experimentation, reflective writing, and supportive group critique. Students will learn how to develop ideas, deepen their personal connection to artmaking, and create a cohesive body of work. By the end of the session, each student will have the beginnings of a meaningful, well documented, intentional portfolio that reflects their creative process and emerging vision.
