...yet you’ve put countless things on hold because you experience chronic pain. For months–even years–you’ve given up hobbies, pulled back from relationships, and watched your free time disappear.
You’ve consulted countless doctors, wellness practitioners, books, and online forums. Yet no clear explanations have been offered, and the chronic pain has remained a mystery.
Despite feeling frustrated, you remain committed to healing. And despite feeling skeptical, you remain curious when you come across something new.
This workshop is for you
This event takes lessons from my 10-year healing journey and weaves them together into an empowering and hopeful 3 hour adventure.
Together, we’ll explore the science of how chronic pain works, the art of understanding what contributes to a pain response, and the magic of healing from chronic pain. (Yes, it’s possible to heal from chronic pain. No, you are not broken.)
We’ll learn through play and discovery, enjoying elements from improv, the scientific method, and Hollywood. The group will be intimate (roughly 6-12 people, capped at 15 max).
With just an open mind and an open heart, you can reclaim your life.
