Join special guest Wendy Adler for monthly artistic learnings at La Colombe d'Or. Wendy will be teaching you art periods and styles with examples from La Colombe d'Or's eclectic collection. Wendy will be focusing on these artists, their many works, what makes their art special, and how to engage with art in new ways.
Whether you've got a broad knowledge of art or are looking to learn, this class will be enjoyable for everyone, regardless of art knowledge. Ticket includes a complimentary cocktail (one per guest) and complimentary valet parking.
Wendy Adler is the operator of ARTiculating Talks & Tours, leading fun and interactive art-centric conversations and outings for community groups around the Houston area. Wendy is an active Docent at the Houston Contemporary Craft Center and Art Docent for The Post Oak Hotel. She is also a former Docent at The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and has lived in Houston for the last five-plus years.
