Upskill your yoga teaching by learning how to assist your students in classes. This course is designed for existing Yoga teachers preferably from a flow discipline looking to deepen their understanding of yoga asana assists. This is a good compliment to those who have completed a foundational yoga teacher training course, feel nervous in preforming assists (verbal and physical) or need a refresher course.
The course is undertaken over 40 hours, 32 in person with some pre-work, work during the course and post course.
Complete this course on its own or as part of the 100hr Advanced Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (which includes the art of sequencing, the art of assists (40hrs) and mastering complex asanas for yoga teachers (20hrs)
