Come join us for a fun and educational evening exploring the art of wine tasting! Whetheryou've been drinking wine for years or you are just developing an interest in it, this event is
perfect for anyone who likes to grow their knowledge, make new friends, and laugh while
learning.
Twenty-two lucky participants will have exclusive use of New Clairvaux's beautiful tasting
room Located at 1551 Market St #102 in Redding.
This course combines interactive instruction with formal tasting and evalutaion of six
different NCV wines, allowing learners to thoughtfully expand their ability to detect, analyze
and evaluate what they are seeing, smelling, and tasting in their glass.
Cost is $50 per person and the entire tax-deductible donation will go to Nor-Cal Think Pink and their mission to spread awareness of the importance of early detection of breast cancer.
About Your Instructor
Kelly Nickel, M.A. Education, is a popular Communication instructor at Shasta College who
believes that learning and laughter go together like red wine and chocolate.
