Join us in our Gardens to tap 100 years of creativity and find your balance in nature.Using vinyasa flow, these classes are designed to build strength and flexibility as you move mindfully and with attention. Appropriate for yoga enthusiasts of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Cost: $20 per class. Please bring your own mat.
August & September Instructor: Jennifer Gerber is an experienced, registered yoga teacher and a certified life coach. She received a 200-hour vinyasa yoga certification from Frog Lotus. In 2018, she completed her 300-hour Foundational Yoga Therapy training. She currently teaches in Saratoga Springs, New York, and lives with her husband and her dog, Dugan.
