Welcome to The Art Of the Pressed Botanical Workshop! Join us for a unique, in-person learning experience at the UF/IFAS Extension Manatee County Office where you will get an introduction to the history & use of pressed botanicals. You'll also get hands-on experience selecting & pressing your own botanical specimen using vintage wooden presses.
Your ticket includes: a mounted botanical that you prepare from ready-pressed specimens, a botanical sample that you will get to press in class using a vintage press, and a take-home guide for your continued journey in pressing botanicals.
