The art focusses on cultivating the internal aspects of martial arts, incorporating principles like softness, circular movements, and harmony with the opponent's energy. The practice often involves various forms, movements, and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing physical health, resilience, martial skills, and spiritual development.The course consists of 6 meetings. Practicing at home in between meetings is required to go further. For the course a basic form is selected to practice the fundamental principles of Taiji Quan in order to further apply them in self-defence.
