Info: The evening begins with Guest Arrival & Welcome Reception. Upon arrival, please check in with our friendly staff at the welcome desk and have your tickets ready. You'll be offered a Complimentary Welcome Drink—choose between sake or a non-alcoholic option—as you settle in and mingle with other guests. Enjoy a Light Appetizers & Mingling period to make yourself comfortable in the intimate dining space before the main event.

Info: The experience officially kicks off with Opening Remarks from our chef, who will provide a brief introduction to the history and art of sushi making and sake pairing. This is followed by a Sushi Etiquette Overview to teach you essential practices that will enhance your dining experience and cultural appreciation. The chef will conclude this segment with an Overview of the Menu & Schedule, outlining the types of sushi you'll learn to make and the accompanying sake pairings for the night.

Info: This session features the Sushi Crafting Demonstration, where the head chef will show you exactly how to prepare and roll the famous California Roll. Watch closely as the chef explains each technique and step. While you observe the demo, our sake expert will lead Sake Pairing 101, introducing the basics of how different types of sake complement various flavors and sushi styles. Feel free to use the Q&A Session during the demonstration to ask any questions.

Info: Now, it's your turn for the DIY Sushi Rolling! Using the techniques demonstrated, you will roll your own California Roll and Sweet Potato Roll. All necessary ingredients are provided, including crab sticks, fresh vegetables, tempura sweet potato, sushi rice, and nori (seaweed), plus our homemade eel sauce and yuzu sauce. As you craft your sushi, enjoy a curated Sake Tasting featuring handpicked selections. Our expert chef and staff will be available for Chef Assistance throughout the session to provide guidance and ensure you master the art of rolling.
