This 75-minute session blends guided breathwork, relaxation techniques, and live acoustic sound instruments including frosted crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and chimes. Designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional release, this experience invites you to surrender fully — physically, mentally, and energetically.
