About this Event
An evening of yoga, music, and art at The Patton House
As the city prepares for the energy of homecoming weekend, join us for a grounding experience designed to help you slow down, connect, and return to your center.
Set within the historic Patton House, Jackson’s oldest home turned art gallery, this evening invites you to explore the art of stillness through mindful movement, live music, and visual art.
You’ll be guided through a restorative yoga flow accompanied by the soothing sounds of a live cello performance, followed by time to mingle, sip tea, and take in the surrounding art exhibits.
Come as you are . Move, breathe, and be present in one of Jackson’s most sacred spaces for creativity and community.
🌿 Experience Includes
- Guided yoga flow led by Trivia Edwards
- Live cello performance by Kwame Cohran
- Post-flow art viewing + community connection
