Join Living Well with Mandy for hands-on sourdough classes designed to take you from starter to loaf. Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or ready to bake your first bread, these workshops give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.
☕ Each class begins at Oceana Coffee in Lake Park, where participants can order the drink of their choice before heading upstairs to Culinary Studio for the workshop.

The Art of Sourdough – Beginner’s Sourdough Class
Use your new starter to bake your first loaf of sourdough bread while learning about bulk fermentation, flour selection, and baking techniques.

Step-by-step baking instructions
(Please bring your sourdough starter in its jar, along with the kitchen scale from the first class, as these will be needed for the workshop.)
