We are so excited you are going to be learning and attending an event with Appleberry’s Attic – Craft Studio! We think an evening of creativity is the perfect way to connect and have some FUN!The art of Sourdough is not a new concept but it sure has become more popular in the last year! That’s why when I set out to find a gal who was more then capable to teach on sourdough I knew I had hit the jack pot when I met Mrs. Rachel Jordan! Rachel is not only passionate about sourdough but she is a natural born creative and teacher! With hundreds of loaves and just about 100 starters under her belt, Rachel is just the gal to get you and I started on our “Sourdough Journey!”

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
In this class your REGISTRATION COST WILL COVER: A jar of sourdough starter for you to go home and feed as you embark on this journey. A batch of dough that you will feed, kneed and work with during class so you are able to bake your first loaf of sourdough the very next day!!! A bowl, a spatula, and a dough hook… that way you are literally set up for success and baking as you leave this class!
NOT INCLUDED in your Class Registration: A KITCHEN SCALE. We will have a few Kitchen Scales on hand during this class but you will need to use one not only that night…. but the very next day as you “feed” your starter! ***It is very important that you purchase an affordable Kitchen Scale before class and bring it with you!
Mrs. Rachel will not only educate you on the Art of Sourdough… she is also going to let you TASTE TEST a bunch of Sourdough!!! From bread to bagels, cookies, flavors and designs…. Rachel will teach you it ALL!
