Join Certified THAC Tea Sommelier® Anna Pergola as she partners with Jennifer Caines of Moksha Chocolate, Boulder’s best bean to bar chocolate company, as they guide you in pairing specially selected teas and chocolates. Indulge in an afternoon of refined sensory discovery as you allow each paring to reveal a unique alchemy of flavor.
What To Expect:
· Guided tasting of four select tea & single-origin craft chocolate pairings
· Insights into tea history and culture as tea is prepared and served Gong Fu-style
· Appreciation of the bean to bar chocolate process
· Participants will be given their own Gong Fu teacup to take home, as well as tea samples
· Moksha Chocolate Bars will be available for purchase
· All tea being served is premium, single estate, loose leaf tea. It is true tea (no herbal infusions or blends), and therefore contains caffeine
· Moksha’s chocolate selections are vegan, nut-free and soy free
· Relaxed, conversational atmosphere—perfect for friends or solo explorers
