For this hands-on salami making class, we will lead students in two different salami-making techniques: linked & crepinette. Once salamis are ready to ferment, we will then sit down at the end of the class to enjoy a cold beer & charcuterie selection.
Take-home perks: Students will receive the salami they make in 2(ish) months when it has finished ferment & drying.
