About this Event
When newlyweds Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose-Adélaïde Jouët founded Maison Perrier-Jouët in 1811, they imbued their Champagne house with core values that fostered creative freedom and innovation and cultivated a symbiotic relationship with nature. That audacious spirit endures today through the Maison’s frequent partnerships with an array of creative talents drawn from the worlds of gastronomy and the arts.
The latest collaboration sees Perrier-Jouët join forces with Chef Jaakko Sorsa of Ocean Table, photographer Justin Hui, and harpist Elam Lai to create a multisensory dining experience that invites guests to rediscover and reconnect with nature. Sorsa’s six-course menu pays homage to natural landscapes, from sky to sea to forests and land.
Each course is paired with an intriguing photograph that explores the textures and details of natural elements and also with an evocative musical piece that employs rhythm, melody, harmony, and tone color to cleverly recall nature and its attributes.
