The Art of Rest & Ritual - Mini Retreat

The Art of Rest & Ritual is an immersive, in-person experience designed to gently guide participants back into their bodies, their breath, and their inner landscape. This workshop weaves together herbal medicine, meditative inquiry, restorative yoga, and hands-on body and energy work to create a conscious container for deep rest, introspection, and nervous system nourishment.

We begin with an experiential herbal tea journey rooted in Western herbal medicine and Ayurvedic tradition—inviting the senses to soften and the mind to slow. Through guided meditation and subtle ritual, participants are supported in arriving fully, releasing external demands, and reconnecting with their inner rhythms.

The second half of the workshop moves into deeply restorative yoga supported by somatic practices, light breathwork, and gentle hands-on body and energy work. These practices are intentionally slow, grounding, and receptive—designed to regulate the nervous system, unwind stored tension, and invite a felt sense of safety and restoration.

This is not a class to do, but a space to receive.

This workshop is led by a former teacher at Epic Yoga Studio, a Clinical Herbalist, retreat facilitator, and educator specializing in nervous system restoration and women’s health. With a background in Ayurvedic yoga, somatic practices, and Western herbal medicine, her work is rooted in creating safe, intentional spaces where rest becomes medicine and ritual becomes remembrance.

Her teaching style is intuitive, grounded, and deeply nourishing—bridging ancient wisdom with modern nervous-system science to support sustainable healing and embodied well-being.
