Communication and intimacy skills for everyone | Singles and couples welcome | Introduction to the Wheel of Consent®
About this Event

"The quality of your life is the quality of your relationships" - Esther Perel

This workshop is experiential learning for anyone who is interested in developing better verbal and non-verbal communication skills, improving the quality of their relationship, and deepening their connections with others.

· It's about gaining skills of empowerment and communication – noticing, valuing, and trusting desires, having the courage to ask for what you want, and feeling safe enough to receive.

· It’s about navigating your boundaries and consciously stepping into your “growth zone”.

· It's an opportunity to learn more about one of the most misunderstood "languages of love" - physical touch.

· It's a "No" class for "Yes" people (and the other way around)

· It’s practicing two ways to 'receive' and two ways to 'give' (expect to be surprised!)

And - it's a fun way to spend an evening with like-minded, curious people!

WHAT PREVIOUS PARTICIPANTS ARE SAYING:

“This workshop gave me a totally new perspective on communication and connection! It was incredibly helpful in defining my personal boundaries. It is something that I use in my everyday life all the time now. Saying "no" is not a problem for me anymore.

Zhanna has a gift to create a safe and relaxed environment where exploring intimate things is comfortable. Great workshop, great energy, great people!

Anna, 36

"This workshop reinforced how often I don’t ask for what I want. The most helpful outcome was having a shared language to use with my partner now. The biggest benefit - a new conceptualization of how to take care of one’s self and each other, with the effect of increasing intimacy with partners, friends, and humanity!"

Ahmed, 42

"Learning the Wheel of Consent made me look at my life from a different perspective. It made me appreciate my husband more, open up for expanded trust, improve our communication, remove many doubts, bring me more confidence, and allow me to step into the next chapter of our lives with a much healthier attitude!

Maria, 45

" I found the workshop very helpful and since then I have had several conversations with my ex-partner about what I learned and how these techniques of communication could have helped forestall or even reverse our breakdown in intimacy and communication…. I wish I'd learned about your workshops while my ex and I were still together! "

John, 46
