In this workshop, you'll:

• Learn to navigate boundaries and step outside your comfort zone for growth.
• Explore the often-overlooked language of love - physical touch
• Practice giving and receiving in new ways (expect surprises!).
• Develop skills to confidently express your desires and feel safe receiving.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Engaging discussions to connect and share.
• Interactive communication exercises in small groups (or pairs)
• Optional touch experiences ( *Example - touching someone's shoulders or holding hands).
