The Art of Receiving: A Somatic Sensual Workshop (Solo & For Couples)

Valentine’s Weekend at The Treehouse invites you into a deeply embodied, sensual, and conscious experience.

This somatic sensual workshop is a safe, grounded container to explore the body, sensation, and desire—both conscious and subconscious—without performance, pressure, or expectation.
This is not a kink or sex-play space. Rather, it is an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with pleasure through presence, consent, and attunement.

Guided by Jennie Thomas, Sex, Love & Relationship Coach, this experience supports individuals and couples in cultivating deeper connection, safety, and embodied awareness. Supported by Hayden Eager, a Wellness Coach with a BA in Psychology (Ithaca College) and a background in somatic and embodiment practice, with training in dance and singing since childhood.

• Somatic practices to reconnect with the body
• Exploration of receiving touch (with clear consent practices)
• Nervous-system-aware, trauma-informed facilitation
• Tools for deeper self-connection and relational intimacy
• A respectful, non-judgmental, and supportive container

Individual Session (2 hours)
2pm - 4pm
For solo participants exploring embodiment, boundaries, and self-connection.

Couples Session (2.5–3 hours)
5pm - 7pm
For partners wishing to deepen trust, communication, and embodied intimacy.

⏸ There will be a 30–40 minute break between sessions.

• $45 suggested per session
• $80 for both sessions

Jennie Thomas is a Sex, Love, & Relationship Coach devoted to helping individuals and couples experience deep healing through pleasure. Her work is rooted in safety, empathy, respect, and the belief that every person’s sexuality and pleasure are unique and valid.
