Join me for a two-hour workshop where we ease back into the body through gentle breathwork, slow sensual movement, and intuitive, playful art. This space invites softness, presence, and the feeling of coming home to yourself. When I was moving through an isolating time, I longed for a space like this — a place where I could feel safe, seen, and supported in my playful, creative energy. I offer this workshop with that same intention. I will provide all art supplies. No experience needed. Simply arrive as you are.
