The Art of Poultry Butchery will leave you with a ton of knowledge on trussing and butchering a bird.
Of all the butchery workshops out there, this is the one that will be most useful to the home cook.
This class will be hands-on and you’ll be taking home two antibiotic-free birds from, Fenwood Farms (Ancaster).
Please bring your own knife, apron, and something to transport your meat home in.
