In the class we will go thru the operation of the wood oven and how to get the best results, it is a hands on class in making a pizza from scratch and showing the art of loading and turning in the oven.we will demonstrate our own dough recipe and the sauce base. The cost for the class is $85 PP or $160 per couple.
