The universal non-denominational practice of sitting meditation is an enriching and life-enhancing experience, whether you already meditate, or whether the practice is new for you.
Each session will include a short introductory talk by an experienced teacher on a different topic each month, guided and silent practice, and there will be time for discussion and questions
