The one that longs to be loved.
What if these parts are not problems to eliminate…
but parts of ourselves asking to be seen differently?
All of Me is an experiential workshop under The Art of Loving series — a space to slow down, reflect honestly, and begin understanding the inner patterns shaping your relationships, reactions, and life.
Through guided facilitation, reflective exercises, embodiment practices, pair sharing, and experiential inner work, participants will explore:
- Different parts of themselves and how they operate
- The patterns these parts create in daily life
- Why some parts are rejected while others dominate
- How awareness changes our relationship with ourselves
- Moving from self-rejection toward curiosity and understanding
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about learning to see yourself more clearly.
This workshop may resonate with you if:
