During this magical evening at STRETCH AND FOLD, Siena, a wonderful instructor and dancer will guide you into a peaceful and serene state of mind, through intuitive movement and meditation, and Abøn will follow with the ethereal sound journey of her album "Wings of Adelaine".

Following this, you are welcome to take a dip in the water and enjoy an optional delicious and nutritious dinner from the cafe at Stretch and Fold (not included in the price)
