The Art of Letting Go: Myofascial & Sound Journey
—————————
GUIDE — Judith Cunningham & Michelle Daily
DURATION — 120 minutes
LOCATION — Aloka — 1607 SE 3rd Ave. Portland OR 97214
VIBE — Unravel, Realign, Restore
STYLE — Myofacial Release & Sound Healing
—————————
In this groundbreaking experience, you won't just hear the sound bath, you'll feel it from the inside out. As you begin your guided myofascial foam rolling practice, the space fills with the deep, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls.
These sacred sounds become your guide, helping you breathe into areas of tension and release stored physical and emotional weight with greater ease. As you roll, the sonic frequencies travel through the roller and into your body, softening the fascia, quieting the mind, and inviting surrender on every level.
This is a practice of deep, meditative movement and vibrational therapy, working together to unravel, realign, and restore.
Leave feeling as if you've been recalibrated from the inside out.. longer, lighter, and deeply at peace.
