Just as nature effortlessly sheds, preparing for renewal, this retreat invites you to reflect on what you’re ready to release. Our nurturing day will guide you in this natural cycle of letting go, allowing space for new beginnings.

Guided by Kate and Caroline, you’ll be supported as you notice the thoughts, emotions, or patterns you’re holding onto, and gently release them—mirroring the trees’ graceful shedding. A delicious homemade lunch will be provided, along with time for solitude, reflection, and sharing.
