The Art of Iyengar Yoga 3-Day Immersive Workshop

An immersive 3 day weekend for students, teachers, and aspiring teachers.

Explore and experience the innovative teachings of Yoga Master, BKS Iyengar, who revolutionized the practice and study of Yoga worldwide. BKS Iyengar was the inventor of props used for yoga such as blocks, yoga belts, and the use of chairs. He also became known for his insights on alignment, progressive sequencing, and therapeutic applications.

Create a healthy environment in your own body by understanding alignment and anatomy. Whether you are stiff or flexible, healthy, or not, Iyengar yoga has a methodology to help you embark on a meaningful yoga practice.

Sign up for an a la carte class, or join us for all three days if you are a yoga teacher from any lineage with at least three years of experience, or a serious student with 3 years of experience who aspires to become a teacher.

Friday 5/17

12-1:15pm Yoga for Stiff Bodies (General Level Class) $40

1:30-3:45 pm Teacher and Aspiring Teachers Class (*only open to those attending the whole weekend.)

4-5:15pm Yoga for Fatigue (General Level Asana Class) $40

Saturday 5/18

12-2pm Strong Body, Strong Mind (minimum 6 months yoga experience) $50

2:15-3:45pm Teachers and Aspiring Teachers Class*

4-5:15pm Healthy Knees (General Level Asana Class) $40

Sunday 5/19

12-2pm Backbends For All (6 months minimum yoga experience) $50

1:30-3:45pm Teacher and Aspiring Teachers Class*

4-5:15pm Got Neck Pain? (General Level Asana Class) $40
