Join in community for a day of meditation practice focused on intention. We will explore the power of intention to create and shape our reality, connecting with it as a practice and a lens through which we see, think, and engage with ourselves and the world.
This daylong retreat will consist of:

*This daylong retreat is facilitated by Nick Ingrisani. I’ve been practicing meditation for over 10 years, primarily in the lineages of Tibetan and Theravāda Buddhism. This daylong retreat was developed from teachings and practices I learned from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, in their two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
**Space is limited to 12 people.
***Please bring your own lunch and utensils to join the mindful eating practice. If you are unable to bring your own lunch, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.
