In this module we will learn how to support others in a loving and respectful way. Guided by Bert Hellinger's orders of helping, we will practice self-awareness, presence and systemic empathy to become the best helper we can be.Who is this 2 Day module for?
- Anyone supporting others personally and/or professionally.

- Therapeutic attitude and internal attitude
- Seeing help as an exchange - giving and taking
- Agreeing to my own destiny and my client's destiny
- Practicing non judgement
- Seeing my client as part of a system - systemic empathy
- From what place am I helping?
- Connection to life and joy
What you will take with you:
- A deeper connection to yourself, your ancestors, your destiny, your life.
- A clearer understanding of what really helps.
- How to support others without intention to fix, without judgement, without fear.
- An understanding of the need for balance in taking and giving and the limits of help.
- Somatic experience of your relationship to others.
- Exposure to the field.
- Systemic exercices that you can use at home and with your clients.
Methodology:
- We will learn through explanations, systemic exercises in small groups, self-reflection and feedback.
Trainers:
Francine Jordà Pempelonne is a Family Systemic Constellation facilitator, counselor, teacher, and translator who brings constellation work into the community through individual sessions, workshops and training, face-to-face and online. Convinced that coming together supports healing, Francine especially enjoys being in groups, where everyone helps to write each other’s stories and chapters of the big book of humanity
Laeti Noblet is a social worker engaging in homelessness domestic violence and mental health with complex needs. Guided by the principles of Non Violent Communication, authentic relating and systemic approaches, Laeti uses trauma-informed and strength-based practices, through work with NGOs and not-for-profits.
