You will learn the Three Breath Journey, a simple and practical way of centering yourself in the midst of your daily activities. During this day, you will be treated to guided and silent meditation focused on body sensations, breath, sight, and sound, simple mindful movement suitable for anyone, and Buddhist teachings that have proven to be helpful to navigate this road of aging; speed bumps, curves, and all.
