In this immersive weekend, you'll learn the sacred practice of touch—how to guide bodies with presence, intention, and respect. Through hands-on practice, you'll discover corrective, supportive, and deepening assists for a range of poses, learning to read what each body needs in the moment. What we do physically, we also do energetically and emotionally, so we'll explore how to approach the body with grounded awareness, honor each student's unique journey, and create assists that feel safe, trauma-informed, and deeply supportive. You'll develop the confidence to guide without overriding, the wisdom to sense what's needed beyond what you see, and the skills to hold space for transformation.
All are welcome. Come as you are—whether you're a new teacher finding your voice or an experienced practitioner deepening your craft.
