This is a fantastic opportunity to explore the traditional Filipino art of close-quarters combat, with a special focus on ground defense techniques. Filipino wrestling incorporates practical skills like joint locks, throws, clinching, and how to effectively defend yourself if the fight goes to the ground. Dumog also incorporates the use of weapons, clothing, and flexible tools, making it a versatile system for real-world situations.
Whether you're new to martial arts or have some experience, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to expand their self-defense skills, improve their ground fighting, and build confidence. What to bring:
Towel
Please dress in comfortable workout clothes
