Then, roll up your sleeves for an interactive gnocchi-making workshop! Designed for beginners, this 2.5-hour workshop for ages 13+ is your chance to learn how to craft perfect, pillowy gnocchi from scratch. Under the guidance of our expert chef Nicholas Barron, you'll mix the dough and shape your gnocchi, all while learning essential techniques. At the end of the workshop, you'll take home your freshly prepared gnocchi, ready to cook and enjoy at your convenience. This unique blend of history, culture, and hands-on cooking will make for an unforgettable gnocchi experience! No prior skills required; all materials will be provided.
About the Presenter
Nicholas Barron, a professionally trained chef with 15 years in food service, hospitality, and retail, brings a wealth of experience and skill to the kitchen. With a culinary arts education from N.A.I.T. and a passion for sharing his love for food with others, Nicholas is excited to lead a gnocchi workshop where participants can learn the art of crafting this classic dish. His approachable teaching style and deep culinary knowledge make him the ideal guide for anyone looking to elevate their skills in a fun and interactive setting.
