13.06.25 - STARS DINNER
O festival gastronómico começa no William Restaurant, com um menu criado em conjunto pelos Chefs Michelin presentes no evento. Cada um dos pratos será confecionado por um dos Chefs Michelin convidados, enquanto que a sobremesa ficará a cargo da Chef de Pastelaria, Micheline Barbalho do Restaurante Kabuki em Lisboa, Portugal. O menu será harmonizado por uma experiência vínica Portuguesa.
(Crianças aceites só a partir dos 8 anos de idade.)
14.06.25 - FOOD PARTY
No dia 14 de junho, o festival terminará com uma exuberante “Food Party” ao ar livre, que reúne não só os Chefs Michelin deste evento, mas também os promissores estrelas em ascensão, Chefs do próprio Reid’s Palace, e uma panóplia de parceiros, marcas e produtos premium. Distribuído ao longo de mais de 20 bancadas, este jantar volante pretende proporcionar aos amantes da gastronomia uma viagem de sabores que iniciará com champanhe e terminará na doçaria. O cenário escolhido para esta noite mítica foram as piscinas do Reid’s Palace, onde os Chefs irão confecionar as suas iguarias ao vivo, acompanhados por uma DJ. Com uma vista privilegiada sobre a baía do Funchal, os convidados poderão ainda assistir ao espetáculo piromusical do Festival do Atlântico.
O preço por pessoa é de 250.00 € para o Stars Dinner no dia 13 de junho e de 200.00 € para a Food Party, no dia 14 de junho. Para os interessados em ambos os jantares foi criado um preço especial de 390.00 €.
Crianças dos 0-6 anos não pagam, dos 7-12 anos usufruem de 50% desconto.

13.06.25 - STARS DINNER
The gastronomic festival starts with a once-in-life event where all Michelin-starred Chefs will join hands and minds to bring an exquisite menu to life at the William Restaurant.
While the dishes will be prepared by each one of the guest Michelin-starred Chefs, dessert will be in charge of female Pastry Chef Micheline Barbalho from Kabuki in Lisbon, Portugal. The menu will be harmonized with a unique Portuguese wine experience.

‘The Art of Flavours’ culminates with the lavish outdoor party on June 14th. The Food Party will gather the Michelin Star Chefs, the promising Rising Super Star Chefs, Reid’s Palace’s own Chefs, winemakers and producers. Among more than 20 stalls, food and wine lovers would be able to enjoy an incredible range of flavours. The stand-up dinner will offer a journey through high-quality products, where the champagne will mark an adventure that will finish at the dessert corner, where handmade desserts and delicate pastry will sweeten the end of a special night. To be held in the unique pool area of the Hotel that offers a privileged view over Funchal’s Bay, all Chefs will be live cooking through the sound of a DJ and guests will still be able to enjoy Madeira Atlantic Festival, a magnificent pyromusical show.
The Stars Dinner on 13th June is priced at 250.00 € per person and starts at 19:30. The Food Party on 14th June will commence at 19:30 and is priced at 200.00 € per person. For guests attending both events, a special price of 390.00 € per person, will be applied.
Children from 0-6 years old don't pay, from 7-12 years old have 50 % off.
