Through her work both as an advisor in higher education and as a yoga teacher, Katie challenges those that she connects with to foster purposeful lives that are reflective of the incredible gift it is to be here on this earth. Especially when the world feels formidable, taking joy and delight are a vital act of resistance – one that can be learned and actively practiced. Join us on April 16 to learn why the art of delighting matters - to our bodies, our mental health, our communities, and our world – and walk away with tangible ways to incorporate more pleasure into our daily lives.
