Calin Charles is a Canada-based photographer, videographer, and creative director of Charleshouse Productions. His work has been used by Tourism Calgary, Travel Alberta, Rolex Grand Slam, Sony, and Fairmont Hotels, along with a wide range of commercial, Tourism, and lifestyle brands. Before pivoting to a career in photography and video, Calin pursued a graduate degree in psychology and served as a university mental health therapist, eventually stepping out to take a chance on following his passion for visual storytelling. With experience spanning large-scale campaigns, destination marketing, and branded content, Calin has built a reputation in photography & videography for creating visuals that feel both cinematic and authentic. His most-used gear includes Sony’s A7IV and FX3 cameras, paired with the Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN II Art lens, a versatile workhorse that plays a central role in his photography and video projects.
