The Art of Change 🌻A supportive, ladies-only group offering connection and conversation around menopause, explored through art and creativity.
No experience needed—just come as you are. You are welcome to bring your own materials, this doesn't have to be art supplies, it could be sewing, knitting or any other type of craft you are able to bring. We will supply materials which you are welcome to use.
The group is run by Glynis who is friendly and will make you feel welcome 😊. Refreshments provided.
📆Held monthly on the 1st Friday, 3–5pm.
🎟️£3 fee to cover materials and studio costs. No need to book, pay at the door.
