Shiplap+Sage will provide everything needed to make a custom-blended 16oz candle, including all-natural soy wax, essential oils & biosimilar fragrance, and expertise to guide in the process of building complex fragrance. Optional mixing a 2nd fragrance blend for another 16oz candle - $20 additional. Candles, especially in a 16oz size, do require time to 'set' - it is likely that you'll need to pick up your finished candle from Adventures in Bloom the day (or weekend) after the class.
In addition to learning how to blend fragrances for maximum enjoyment, we will provide instruction regarding the history of & changes in the fragrance industry, share our own journey to find a clean/healthy alternative without sacrificing beautiful smells, and provide some helpful tips for longer lasting, cleaner burning candles.
This workshop is capped at 16 people (6 person class minimum). Snacks and beverages (wine/beer) are permitted.
Last day to purchase a ticket is 1/22/25.
